About us
Founded in 1996, Sommer Informatik GmbH from Rosenheim stands for highly qualified software solutions in the fields of building physics and structural analysis of windows, façades and glass.
The software portfolio includes calculations for the structural analysis of horizontal and vertical glazing for Germany, Europe, Switzerland, Austria and the USA, as well as calculations of light, solar and thermal characteristics of glazing in combination with solar shading.
In addition, calculations of thermal stresses occurring in glass surfaces can be carried out. The range is rounded off by software for calculating heat flows, isotherms, Uf and Ψ values in accordance with EN ISO 10077-2 as well as Ufr, Ueg and Ucg values in accordance with ISO 15099 / NFRC 100 with 2D and 3D thermal bridge calculation.
Continuous collaboration with research and industry enables the high quality standard of the software solutions.
